Common pricing questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Eligible subscription offers are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase. Trial availability depends on your selected product and eligibility. Lifetime is a one-time purchase.
- What happens after the free trial?
- If you accept a subscription trial, the price and renewal date are shown by Apple before confirmation. The subscription renews unless canceled. Downloading the app does not start a trial.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Manage active subscriptions in your Apple account. Before buying Lifetime, review any existing subscription and cancel it separately if needed; do not assume a Lifetime purchase cancels a subscription.
- Why is Yearly recommended?
- It is the best default for frequent travelers: all Pro features for $23.99/year, roughly $2/month, with eligible offers displayed in the app.
- Where is my travel data stored?
- DaysAbroad stores your records locally and offers backup to your Apple account. The app also has analytics and diagnostic settings; see our Privacy page for how location diagnostics are handled.
- Is DaysAbroad iOS-only?
- DaysAbroad is available on iPhone and iPad with iOS/iPadOS 16 or newer. Automatic tracking needs a supported device and location permission. Android is not available today.
- Can I export my history if I leave?
- Pro includes CSV and JSON export from Settings → Data. Export while Pro is active if you want to keep a copy outside the app.
- How do refunds work?
- Refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. Contact Apple Support inside their refund window.
